I was given a copy of Destroy me in exchange for an honest review.
"you are every love song I've ever heard"
In book one self destruct at the end we get the idea that there might be something going on with Reed and Kate. Now going into Destroy me this time I mentally prepared myself for oh my god moments. But it doesn't matter how much you prepare for this your still shock specially when the book pulls at my heart string - the thing I'm most sensitive about.
"i love you when you're smiling and when you're sad. I love you all dressed up and when you wake up with grass in you hair. I'm here and I'll be by your side wherever we end up"
Destroy me is about Kate and Reed. Its is told out of both characters point of views. Reed well survived his country, almost died twice saving a friends and got shot twice. After a year of eyeing kate he tries to give it a shot but with Kate thing are just not that easy. Kate has a past a secret. Something that scared her and she cant truly trust her heart or anyone.
"it was more that a kiss' it was a promise from my soul to hers"
Now a serious of event tells us what truly happen to Kate and Cameron and while we route for kate and Reed you find yourself also wanting to go kit Cameron's ass and tell him just to open up to Jer. Now Tori there is a true mystery and hope if Miss Charms write a book 3 is the destroy series we find out about Tori and her story.
"Thats the thing about fear though, it can sneak up on you, kick you when you are already going down, and paralyze you emotionally."
Destroy me has on major twist where you are what but I thought, what. let me read this again moment. The plot is genious and if you love suspense you will love this book. I do have to say SPOILER ALERT when Belly gets shot I was crying like a baby (my weak point is animals and I don't like seeing them get hurt, I am proud of me for reading throught it - it took a lot of me to do it)

Destroy me show you that if it is true love no amount of skeletons in your closet can scare of you partner. This book is full of hope and love and will have you routing for them to come up on top
