Review: The One for Me

The One for Me The One for Me by Sydney Landon
My rating: 0 of 5 stars

I got a copy of The one for me from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
The synopsis is what caught me attention, i just couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into this. But some disappointment follow.

The one for me is written in 3rd person. Now I decided not to judge the poor book on the fact that is written in 3rd person, its not after all the books fault that I don’t like 3rd person writing. It took me awhile to get into the book. And as we progressed the writing style didn’t seem to bother me as much.

So the one for me is about Crystal and Mark. Crystal who have had a dire crush on Mark for a long time. Mark who just want to put a face to the woman with the great ass. They first meeting is interesting with a few comic moments.

As we grow to love the characters we feel their struggle with in themselves. The plot is not to badly layed out with conflict here and there.

This book is a good read and quiet enjoyable. This is the first one of the Danver series I have read.
I give the book 3.5 stars.
