My rating: 5 of 5 stars
When I started this book I was pleasantly suprise. It had the feel of a bit of Hunger Games and Divergent, which I loved. I have to say this book capture my attention in the first few chapters and made me a Selection fan.
The selection follow the story of America Singer, a girl from caste 5 who gets selected to be part of the selection of 35 girls who will be competing for Prince Maxon heart.
America Singer is a fisty girl that stands her ground. She has suffered heart ace and not truly willing to open her heart to the prince. Prince Maxon has comes through as spoiled and stiff. but in reality is a guy that is confused, stressed, seeking approval
I love this book, but the only sad part is it just end whap. so you have to read the other two, too see what happens to our girl America.
I give this book five shinning stars. I love this series.
